Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls
• Resolve customer complaints
• Assist with booking and cancellations
• Provide product information

Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline
• 1-3 years of call center experience
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Typing speed: 30+ WPM
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
